I love faces….ugly, beautiful, old and wrinkly. Put an interesting face with a torso or body and you have an original character.

When I open a block of clay I get so excited….who will emerge?

The process involves hand building with stoneware, copper carbonate application, under glazing, clear glazing and kiln firing of up to three times.  Each figure is a complete original – ‘one of a kind’. They are water resistant & everlasting.
